Has anyone aboard dealt with the CIA before, and if so, in what capacity?

I've been doing some thinking - that time off the Barge really cleared my head. Does anyone know if it's possible for a warden to make a deal with the Admiral after the fact if they hadn't been offered anything to start? It's a long shot, but

I can't believe what the flood made me do. I'm sickened by the whole thing - by becoming the man I used to be, and enjoying it. I had to leave - I had to make sure it wasn't going to stick when I left here.

Hi. I’m Dav Ja Jason – I just got here. He – the Admiral, I mean – said I could help people, and I think that’s something I need to do. I don’t think I’m really typical Warden material. I hope I can help.

I haven’t written for anyone's benefit but my own in a while, and I’m still a little uncomfortable with the idea. Is there anything I should know about the Barge in particular?
